At Get Ajour Publishing we are not liable for any mistakes in the listed pricings. We reserve the right to change the prices set out on this site without prior consent. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase should the item(s) in question be out of stock.


At Get Ajour Publishing we only accept payments made with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express. The amount will only be withdrawn once the order has been shipped. All prices are listed in DKK. Get Ajour Publishing is not liable for any mistakes in the listed pricings or items being out of stock.


We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

We ship to the entirety of Denmark. Shipping starts at DKK 59. Items will be delivered to the shipping address listed at the time of ordering.

We, furthermore, ship to selected destinations in Europe. If you are unable to chose your location as an option, please contact us in order to discuss a potential solution.

Your order will be shipped by either Post Nord, Coolrunner or GLS.

Goods are delivered every weekday.

For certain items, specific terms and conditions regarding delivery will apply. These will be made available for perusing during the purchage of any such item.


Products come with a 2 year warranty in accordance with Danish Sale of Goods. The warranty covers errors in materials and/or fabrication. You may have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or discounted, depending on the case in question. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect or improper handling of the product/service in question. You must make your warranty claim ‘within a reasonable period of time’ after having discovered the defect/insufficiency. Get Ajour Publishing will cover the postage fees associated with returning items covered by the warranty, within reason.

We do not accept COD shipments.


Should a rebate be necessary, please attach your bank account details, so that the agreed amount may be transferred. This information can, without risk, be sent by email or other electronic means, seeing as it is not sensitive information, and will only be used for the purpose of the refund.

Right of cancellation

Should you regret your purchase, you will have 14 days to return items purchased through our webshop.
Products must be in optimum condition and in their original, unbroken packaging.

This period is designated by the day on which you;

  • Receive the order.
  • Come into physical possession of the final item, in cases where an order was shipped in several installments.
  • Come into physical possession of the final batch, or final item, in cases where an order was agreed to be shipped in several batches/installments.

Return of goods is at your own expense.

Cancellations must be reported within 14 days of purchasing, and from the time of cancellation the package must be returned within the following 14 days, at the latest. Cancellations should be reported by email to info@kronborgbogen.dk. In your message you should make it clearly apparent that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. Should you wish to return an item, please address it to:

It is not possible to cancel an order by simply refusing reception on delivery, without having notified the sender in a clear manner.

Return of goods

You must return your order without unnecessary delay and at the latest 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You are responsible for the cost associated with returning your order. When returning an item, you are responsible for the order being securely packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.

From the time of delivery to that of us having received the returned package, you bear full responsibility for its condition.

We do not accept COD shipments.

Condition of the product at the time of return

The product must be in pristine condition and in its unbroken, original packaging.

If the product has been opened or shows signs of use, it will be considered as used. This means that in case of a cancellation of your purchase, you will not be refunded, or only partly so, depending on the condition of the product at the time of reception.


Should you regret your purchase, you will naturally be refunded the full amount.

In case of any depreciation, for which you are responsible, the appropriate amount will be subtracted from the original purchasing price.

Should you make use of your right of cancellation, all received payments will be refunded, except for shipping costs, without unnecessary delays and, at the latest, 14 days after the day on which we were informed of the cancellation.

Refunds are made to the same account that was used for the original transaction, unless another arrangement has explicitly been agreed.

We are free to withhold the refund until we have received the product, unless you are able to document having returned it.

In-store pickup

On our webshop you have the option of choosing in-store pickup. This gives you the ability to reserve an item online and pick it up at the publishing company in person. In-store pickups are covered by the same terms and conditions as those associated with purchases made in person at our physical store.
